DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. the level of incompetency and lack of consideration while caring for my elderly dog was nothing like I’ve ever experienced. And all they did was laugh at me and brush me off when I tried to express concern. Horrible experience. Go to Desoto or Allstar animal clinic! they’re amazing!!

Disappointing experience with Dr. Hess today. I showed up on time for our appointment. Took about 15 minutes until the tech came to get us and get weight, description of the issues/concern. I was told there was another appointment the dr was still with, then a walk in, and then she would get to us. About 20 minutes later the dr came in to the room, no acknowledgement of being 30 plus minutes late. She was quick to provide a treatment but then when I asked about trying to understand what the root of the allergy issue is she initially said there is no way to determine that and was ready to quickly leave the room until I pressed for more information. Turns out there are some labs they can do and can ultimately recommend a specialist. Seemed like I was being lied to and rushed in an effort to save them time when mine had already been wasted. The courtesy of a phone call to say the Dr is runnung late and spending a few minutes to talk options should be standard practice.
